1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Elite Sanitation Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Elite Sanitation Inc. provides portable restroom rentals, temporary fencing, restroom trailers, ADA-compliant restrooms, and hand wash station rentals throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

3. Reservations & Orders

All rental orders are subject to confirmation by Elite Sanitation Inc. We reserve the right to decline any order. Delivery and pickup schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments as agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery locations, ensuring units are not moved or tampered with after placement, and reporting any damage or issues promptly. Customers are liable for damage to equipment caused by misuse, vandalism, or negligence.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled delivery may receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Sanitation Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Sanitation Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
